Free books with a human editorial team behind every page
LifeWithBooks began with a simple frustration: the best learning and literature resources are often locked behind paywalls, scattered across unreliable download sites, or buried in formats that are hard to read on a phone. We built this library so a student in Lahore, a teacher in London, or a self-learner in Lagos could open one trusted site and find legal PDFs, original study guides, and reading advice without creating an account or entering a credit card.
Our mission is not to replace publishers — it is to open doors. Public-domain classics belong to everyone. Exam preparation should not depend on family income. Language learning ought to be practical, honest, and free at the point of use. Every week we add books, expand guides, and publish articles that explain how to read smarter, not just faster.
We do not dump random files online. Each title passes an editorial check: Is it legally shareable or an original LifeWithBooks guide? Is the text complete and readable? Does it serve real readers — exam candidates, parents, classic literature fans, language learners? Public-domain novels come from verified sources such as Project Gutenberg. Our original guides are written in-house for IELTS, CSS, matric revision, German exams, and English conversation practice.
When a book remains under copyright, we publish a reference overview and link you to official sources rather than hosting pirated PDFs. That policy protects authors and keeps LifeWithBooks trustworthy for readers and partners alike.
Real people write and curate this site — not anonymous scrapers. Sarah Mitchell leads literature coverage. James Parker oversees English and IELTS resources. Maria Chen edits kids and educational guides. Founder Mubashir Mehdi built LifeWithBooks to make global-quality books accessible from Pakistan and beyond.
